Small group training is a great way to get the same results as one on one training but in a group setting with your pals to cheer you on.  The group setting gives you the same 50 minute workout but allows you to keep the cost down for each session. Each client will have modifications geared towards them.

NO MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRED at any of the facilities. Choose between:

  • Gym setting – Supreme Health and Fitness – Odana Rd.
  • A private studio at Martingilio Martial Arts – Grand Canyon. (6, 7 or 9:30 AM’s  only)
  • In-home training *

Choose depending on your needs, comfort level and availability.

Senior Fitness – Let me come to you!

I will also come to your place of business for a workshop, classes for your employees or senior fitness at a facility.


Individual Sessions: $60 (55 min)

Group Sessions

  • $35/person – 2 people
  • $30/person 3-4 people

* In-home (WOMEN ONLY) – Base rate = $50, plus .60/mile round trip fuel surcharge outside a 10 mile round trip radius from near west Madison. Contact me for exact charge.

30 Min.  Sessions: $35 – Individual only.

Small groups can be formed ahead of time with your friends or on a “Free Agent Setting” with others looking to form a group.
